School Meeting has approved a field trip to Thane’s Table, a local gaming café for a select group of students participating in one of the Dungeons and Dragons parties at school. Marc will drive students to this event and will chaperone the Field Trip.

The field trip will take place beginning at 3:30 PM on Thursday, February 2nd and will end at approximately 5:15 PM. Students will need to be picked up by their parent/guardian at the location (7655 W 88th Ave Arvada, CO 80005) at 5:15 PM on the day of the event.

Each student attending the Field Trip will need a completed field trip release signed by all parents / legal guardians and returned to Marc by the end of school the day before the field trip (Wednesday, February 1st). Digital waivers are acceptable and can be returned via e-mail to info@alpinevalleyschool.com

The cost to attend the field trip will be $5, payable in cash to Marc by the end of school the day before the field trip (Wednesday, February 1st). Only cash will be accepted to pay for this field trip.
